Available over HTTPS and plain HTTP — there is deliberately no redirect, so existing http:// entries keep working. The Ubuntu tree is served verbatim in upstream layout, so Canonical's original signatures are preserved. Clients need no additional GPG key — only a changed URL. All four suites, -security included, come from this one host.
